Our local Silicon Valley robotics club "The Home Brew Robotics Club" decided to start a SIG (Special Intrest Group) to build a robot. Of course, everyone had their own ideas of what we should build, and their were quite a few of us, so we decided to split into several smaller groups and use group purchasing power to buy parts while still building unique robots. This document outlines how I am building mine.
